What does ‘Zero-Tolerance’ policy mean?
VAYN enforces a strict “Zero Tolerance” policy regarding our research peptides. All research peptides sold on this website are intended for in vitro research use only. For additional details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Use and our Zero Tolerance Policy. At checkout, you will be required to acknowledge and agree to both the Zero Tolerance Policy and the VAYN Terms and Conditions as part of your order process. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in a refusal of service.
What payment methods do you accept?

How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Once processed, you will receive an email with your order status and shipping information including carrier tracking details.
What are my shipping options?
We offer UPS® live rates from Ground to Next Day shipping options. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Free shipping can also be obtained for orders $250+ based on cart subtotal.
What is ParcelGuard Protection?
To ensure your package is protected during shipment, we recommend opting for ParcelGuard Protection. For a small fee, ~1% of your order total, this service insures your package covering loss, theft, and damage during transit. VAYN will not replace, refund, or reimburse your package if you denied this coverage for your order.
Why do you collect taxes?
State and Federal law require that we collect taxes on all online purchases.
Can I return my purchase for an exchange or refund?
To ensure high quality control of our products, we will not accept returns of opened packages. We do, however, issue replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to file a claim, review our Refund Policy for more information.
